Livingston Park Pool
Manchester, New Hampshire, USA
Project Overview
Livingston Park Pool in Manchester, NH, reopened in July 2025 following a major renovation—its first resurfacing since the facility opened over 21 years ago. The upgrade included the installation of more than 13,000 square feet of reinforced PVC membrane and nearly 700 feet of stainless steel skirt liner along the perimeter.
The renovation revitalized this heavily used public facility, improving both its durability and appearance while minimizing future maintenance needs.

Unique Challenges
This project presented several complex challenges:
- Weather Delays: More than 40% of the construction period experienced rainfall, leading to delays due to near-record spring precipitation.
- Irregular Shape: The pool features a large, figure-eight-style layout surrounding the water play and zero-depth entry areas.
- Custom Perimeter Work: Over 300 feet of the perimeter uses segmented stainless steel gutter to form a radius—requiring precise coordination and the installation of more than 70 individual liner skirt sections.
Despite these challenges, Natare’s team worked efficiently to deliver watertight, long-lasting solution that brought this beloved community pool back to life for the summer season.
